OECON recognized as an attractive employer in the Braunschweig region.
During the “Attractive Employer” series of events, Günther Kasties, along with other participants from the region, took an in-depth look at what makes OECON interesting from the employee’s point of view and how OECON is positioning itself in the competition for skilled workers. Finally, all participants were awarded the regional seal “Future Giver” (“Zukunftsgeber” in German language).
The regional seal is awarded by the Allianz für die Region GmbH and certifies that participants create attractive working conditions for their employees.
Increasing employee satisfaction and attracting new skilled workers were two core topics discussed in the course of 4 to 6 workshops.
The exchange of ideas among the participants was an additional added value of the series of events, as Günther Kasties also confirms: “Talking about experiences with the speakers and participants from a wide range of industries gave us many ideas and suggestions”.
